The interview was STAR structured and asked lots of in depth problem solving questions. No hard skills were asked about. The interview was well paced and focused. Both of the managers were respectful and gave me a lot of space to answer the questions thoughtfully

They asked me about a time I had to make a difficult decision within a short time frame and little context.
