It was an on campus interview. The interview went well, they said they would get back to me no matter what in under two weeks. They never got back to me and I have no contact information on who to talk to.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed and how did you recover?
Zoom call with 2 or more Caterpillar employees, one engineering manager and another engineer. STAR based questions, all behavioral. Make sure to look at the company values cause a lot of STAR questions relate to those.
Very straightforward. 4 behavioral questions and the overall process was pretty smooth. There was only one round of interview and I received my offer within a few weeks. Overall, I personally had a great experience with the company.
