I had one initial phone interview and then they asked me to come into the office. I'll be honest, I was already nervous to be going into an unknown office in the midst of a pandemic, but I thought surely they were taking necessary precautions. Not the case. I was brought into a small conference room and interviewed by two people, neither of which were wearing masks. The company came across very well otherwise, so much so that I was almost ready to ignore the lack of effort to make me feel comfortable being in a closed space. At the end, the manager left and his employee hinted that she thought I'd be getting a call for the next round of interviews. Never heard back. I even reached out on LinkedIn (how we had been communicating prior) and she ignored my messages. This is bizarre behavior for a recruiting business, to me. I mainly came here to warn anyone interviewing that they are not taking the mask mandate in Texas seriously.
