The interview was set up by a recruiter. I met with one of the owners. The interview lasted about thirty minutes. The interview concentrated on my experience and knowledge of construction. There were no wired "what if..../tell me about a time when..." type questions. There was no second interview.

three interviews, last one is a useless assessment. the first interview was with the recruiter who didn't know any technicalities of the position. the with the vice presidents and lastly there is an hour assessment.
