I was contacted by one of Catalysis' employees and asked to write a test piece ahead of regular content writing work. I was told by the employee I'd be paid for the test piece during a meeting and they stayed in contact with me RIGHT up until I submitted the task. Then, mysteriously, the employee ghosted me and I never heard from the agency again. So, they lied about many things - not least the payment. It does come across I was used to write some work for free so they could then just ditch me. Regardless, just ghosting people is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Avoid them.
