I was interviewed on Friday over the phone by the hiring manager and then by two of my colleagues. It seemed like a great match and so they made me an offer on Monday. I did not have to participate in a programming evaluation, however that is now common practice at this company. It is a stand-up oral examination with the hiring manager.
