I conducted a phone interview before being invited in for a formal interview. I was invited back for a 2nd interview but decided the commute was too much for me so opted out of the process. They were very professional and I was impressed with the corporate benefits.

I wasn't surprised by the interview questions. It's my field so interviews aren't as difficult for me. They did a great job of describing the position and the reason why it was open. They asked questions to get to know me and dove down into the specifics of the area of HR I was familiar with.
