Prepare for several interviews, online tests and a very long/slow process. Skills test and psicological test, followed by 2 Human Resources interviews, (the person managing the process and the HR director) and at least 2 people from the marketing department (marketing manager and global director of marketing)

They were very serious in the beginning. I was trying to break the ice but nothing I did would get them to budge! Until they can hear my daughter in the background saying "rawr I'm ganna get you!" I finally got the laugh I was looking for to help me determine if I want to work in a uptight environment or a welcoming environment!

El proceso de entrevista fue lento y largo. Aproximadamente 2 a 3 meses, me pedían los mismos documentos una y otra vez desde diferentes areas. Fue tan lento el proceso que yo crei que ya se habían olvidado o no había quedado.
