J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cartwheel (New York, NY) en avr. 2015
Entretien
After an initial phone screen, I was asked to schedule a time at a coffee shop near their offices. I wasn't told it was going to involve multiple people and it turned out to be a 2 on 1 interview. They were actually late for the scheduled time, which surprised me. We sat down and got right into it. They seemed a little "Good cop / Bad cop" to me, and after completing their lengthy written survey of questions, I never received any feedback or word about the position. Seems like these guys look for harvesting industry contacts to build their business.

Question 1
General IT questions focused around customer service. Was provided a 3 page question form, with questions like the following:
"How would you handle a customer that knows little about computers?"
"How would you prioritize tasks between, the CEO needs email help, the server is down company wide, and, someone has an Excel question
I only had a short (10 minute) phone interview and was asked a few questions regarding resume and IT ethics. Did not really have an opportunity to ask questions to the interviewer.
