I applied for a position on the company website and received an invitation for a phone interview shortly thereafter. The HR asked very general/standard interview questions including my education, experience, and personality. Soon after, I was offered an interview at the corporate office. I was interviewed by two managers and they mostly asked me behavioral questions. The people that I worked with were very friendly and helpful. Depending on your client and job responsibility, the work can be pretty stressful at times.

Foram feitas duas entrevistas: a apresentação de um caso em grupo (proposto e elaborado na hora) e uma entrevista com os gestores da vaga (etapa final). Foi um processo menos burocrático que o da maioria e também mais interativo. Apesar de ter avançado até a última fase, não recebi nenhum tipo de retorno formal após a minha participação, por isso a avaliação neutra.
