A classic interview one on one with the store manager, and a second with the district manager (most times done over the phone, but he was in the area few days after my first...). Relaxed, but professional. We reviewed my resume, talked about past experience, and talked about my potential growth in the company. An overall quick process due to the fact that they had major understaffing issues.

Interview with the Store manager first, if you pass you will then interview with the District Manager. It’s a possibility that another store manager may interview you as well, before the District manager .It’s a pretty straight forth interview process. If you are the chosen one, they will call to make you an offer.

It was a super fun relaxed interview, they were very transparent, and answered all questions I had. They also made you feel very comfortable like you're just chatting with a friend.
