They were desperate to hire. Manager gave micromanaging vibes. Not my fave to say the least. Scheduling was bad and work mostly weekends. There is no flexibility even for part time

Entretien
2 day process, interviewed by both assistant managers. Goes through resume and a scenario booklet to see how you would benefit the company. First day is relatively easy with just going over your resume and seeing if you are being truthful regarding your experience. If they like your answers they will immediately ask for a second interview at your convenience. This one is slightly harder as they have a designated scenario booklet and read different scenarios to you to see how you would respond in those situations. Some questions were difficult, ask for clarification if you don't understand. they rate your answers on "strength of response". Three different columns they fill in : situation, your reaction, the outcome. Stay confident and show you know what you are talking about
