I applied online and was called in for a interview with the Assistant manager.
The interview lasted almost an hour and I was asked the same old standard questions everyone ask. I am beginning to believe everyone uses the same interview guide. It seemed the interview went very well and I was told I would definitely be getting a second interview. Those were her exact words. I never heard anything from them. I would like to add that I had interviewed with this same company almost a year prior and it was for the same position. I was told the same thing at the end of that interview as well, that I would definitely be hearing back from them. Apparently that is the way they close their interviews, making you think it went well and they are interested. A simple "Thanks for coming in and it was nice to meet you" would work just as well if not better because then you haven't given someone false hope.

Met the district manager at a chain coffee shop for the interview. The location I interviewed for was between managers, which is why I interviewed with her. Was asked about retail and customer service experience.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe a time where you faced a challenging situation with a customer or coworker, and how you overcame that challenge. What was the outcome?
Easy process. You interview with Store Manager and District Manager next. After that you do a background check and after a couple a days you can start. A plus if you have retail experience and leadership experience.
Two interviews, one with store manager first and then one with district manager. Talk about strengths, volume of store, shrink, sales goals, etc. Typical management interview and just talk about your end career goal
