I got called in for a group interview. It was 7 girls in total. They asked us to introduce ourselves say something interesting about you and why they should hire you. Questions asked were divided between us. Why do you want to work at Carter's? 3 words that describe you? If you knew someone was stealing what would you do? What is good customer service?

Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
