J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Carter's en juill. 2011

When I first heard about a new store opening, I knew I wanted to apply. I drove over and my soon-to-be manager was standing outside handing out applications. I made small talk trying to show her that I was nice and would be good to work in an environment with a lot of families coming in. I got a call about two days later asking if I could do a group interview at a different store location. I went and there were about 7 people there in all. There were three interviewers (my manager, the manager of the host Carter's, and the manager of a nearby OshKosh B'gosh). We were asked generic questions like why do you want to work here, describe yourself in 3 words, what are one of your weaknesses. They also asked some retail specific questions. I got a call two days later asking how soon I could start training! I have noticed that Carter's likes to hire young females (about 16-25) and you need to dress nice at the interview if you even want a chance at the job.

Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.

The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
