1st round interview is easy. The team manager asked some general interview questions and introduced her team. The whole process is very smooth. Interview questions mostly focused on my resume and past experience.
Everyone was so kind and insightful. I felt like everyone loved to work for Carta and had been at the company for multiple years. The role seemed like it would open many doors.
