I have been interviewed by the phone and via Zoom, made one technical test and finally had face to face interview in Santa Barbara. I like the process very much. From very first interview I had very positive impressions. Company paid all my expenses for the flight to Santa Barbara and back, including hotel stay and meals.

There's a Technical Test, but nothing too hard and none of those programming tests useless questions. They're more worried about the cultural and psychological fit from my point of view. The process was fast and with clear communication. I spoke with HR, CTO and a couple panels of senior team members.
