Interview Experience:
The interview process lacked consistency. The company scheduled and then canceled interviews multiple times. This created confusion and frustration, as it felt like my time and effort were not respected. While I understand schedules can change, clearer communication and consideration for candidates’ time would improve the experience. It left me questioning how organized the team might be internally.
