I had a Phone call with the General Manger of the store I applied to. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The Questions were about customer service experience and familiarity with menu and offerings.

Entretien
It was super casual and laid back, we sat at a table out in the café area and did the interview there! I was asked about when I was at my best, when I was at my worst, why I wanted to work there and so on.

In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well
