A number of interviews with peers and management. Three to be exact. Situational questions were asked. I suggest you use the STAR method of answering questions. Be specific and answer without using hypothetically for your best experience.

Entretien
Typical, phone interview then in person interview. They do individual interviews since rating at immediate supervisor and then work your way up the chain. They will call you one on one, about 3-6 interviews, then will invite you for an in person interview if they like you. Be prepared for them to as pretty direct question,

Prepare for behavioral based questions at all stages of the interview. If you pass the phone screen be prepared to for "panel interview" Cargill loves to gang up on candidates.
