4 Rounds 1st is a teams call with the recruiter. 2nd is a teams meeting with the hiring manager and the senior manager in the team. 3rd is a teams meeting with 2 senior traders in the global team. 4th is an in person meeting in the office with the hiring manager.

The position was in Lima, Peru. I was contacted by HR office which is located in Mexico. The interview was well conducted. The interviewer was polite and attentive. There were no difficult questions. In the end I asked her if I have real chances due to the factors that in Peru they hire not a real fit for the position, but employees' acquaintances and friends (that's why I was enthusiastic that the call was not from the Peruvian office). In the end they never contacted me and when I wrote to ask, I was answered they had decided to proceed with other candidates. For me it made no sense since I was a real fit for the company in Peru.
