Interviews were scheduled swiftly with an HR representative and I never had to wait longer than a day or 2 to hear about the next steps. I had a phone screen with the HR rep, a meeting with the direct manager and their counterperson from another team, and finally was a group interview with 2 employees from the team.

Terrible email chain followed by good phone interviews. They were very interested in my background but did not want to negotiate salary at all and actually lied about the salary range to me.
