I applied online for the position in the Netherlands. The hiring process was very lengthy - the discussions and the final results lasted for 4 months(!!) for 3 rounds with 1 interview a month. The hiring team is unresponsive and not pro-active. They do not even have professional ethics to inform candidates via a phone call or a personal email when they are not selected. In my opinion, the hiring team is the window to a company's culture for new candidates. If there is no good candidate experience, the retention and new hiring is always unpleasant.
