There were two rounds interviews, one with Talent acquisition that she was very nice and answered my questions. The second round was on site interview and it took 1,5 hours, after the interview I followed up the result they told me you have to wait for one or two weeks, I did not get any response, again I sent a reminder, they told me that they have changed something in position but they have not yet decided and I have to wait for longer time, one month and a week passed and they have not answered me and being ghosted! It would be respectful if they sent even an template email and rejected! It took time and effort to travel to the site!
