They had me go through three rounds: 1st was a screening interview where it was more of a conversation and a lot of me having to carry the conversation. It almost seemed as if they were disinterested, so this was probably the most important one (for me.) 2nd random plant manager who was very nice and helped guide my questions. Good interview. 3rd was 3 interviews, back to back to back, with several different leaders within Cargill.
