A Cargill recruiter reached out me on LinkedIn. We set up a call, I arranged time away from work, and she was a no-show. She later claimed that she never received confirmation back from me, although the message chain is in LinkedIn. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and we set up another call. Once again I arranged time away from work, and she was a no-show again. No follow up message or apology - nothing. I am very surprised that a company like Cargill would exhibit such a lack of professionalism. I will not shame her by name in public, but if anyone from Cargill is reading this and actually cares, it should be easy to identify the recruiter by the job title listed above.
