Both behavioural and technical questions were asked. The questions strongly relates to the position a person is applying for. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly recruiters. Everything starting with potential duties and recruitment process was clearly and well explained.

They asked few theoretical questions about accounting which 7 years old could answer easily without pressure. good to arrive 20 minutes earlier to have water, coffee whatever you prefer

Two interviews.
First interview with HR by phone with the standard questions, briefly explanation of work experience. Second interview more technical - qiestions about the current job, accounting questions - example standard cost, based on the details I provided for my current job. They are searching for open-minded and positive people.
