Very easy with a lot of question about safety and on the job tasks. How long have you worked in the corn industry what mechanical background do you have. What makes you a better candidate then the rest.

Entretien
Interview process was thorough consisting of three interviews. I was offered a position following the third interview. Cargill interviewers questions about my skills. All three interviews were with male faculty involved.

First logic test (one hour long)
Then Hr reach out for behavioural questions
Then 3 different meetings: hiring manager, other stakeholders. Questions between behavioural and competency

Entretien
They asked mostly behavioral type questions and last maybe 15 minutes. They were pretty laid back and weren't intimidating. Most of the questions were the same or similar and they just changed the wording a little.
