I spoke to Cargill at a career fair about an entry level Chemical Engineering position and got an interview during the career fair. They asked general behavioural based questions. Then I got an invitation to interview at their HQ in Minnesota. That was a day of back to back interviews with 3 managers. Everyone was extremely nice and all the questions were behavioral based. Got a call from HR a week later with an offer.

pretty simple interview. Questions will focus on displaying your personality type. interview lasted about 35 minutes and the interviewer was very polite. Cargill is very family oriented and will gladly work with your needs.
