The process was very quick. It was about two weeks from the first call to receiving an offer (with two interviews). The interview itself was casual and I was able to learn a lot from the recruiter and senior manager that I interviewed with. I would recommend doing a lot of research on the business before the interview.

Met recruiters at a school career fair, gave them my resume and was asked to enter the interview process. I prepared by reading about the company's history and brushing up on their business units. The interview was scheduled on the phone and was on campus. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of two interviewers asking me behavioral and fit questions. There were no technical questions given during the first round. Everyone was very kind and approachable throughout and it was a pleasant experience overall.
