Initially they had a telephone interview with the person that selects the candidates almost like a screening process. Once they were happy with me they then called me in for a face to face interview with a Director. They then go through much more questions with you to understand more about you as a person. At this time they go through the Job profile much more and really help you understand the company and the motivations behind working for them.
