Smooth, fast. The manager at the time was very relaxed. It was fine, I has a phone screening and a follow up interview. The interview went well, and although I was not told I had the job, I knew on the day, as I met the team and supervisors.

Applied Online then had a casual phone call with Recruitment manager who then invited me for an in person interview. Interview lasted about half an hour with a range of relatively easy questions.
