J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez CareerBuilder en nov. 2015

I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. She spoke with a very thick accent which was hard to understand. Not only could I not understand, but I could barely hear to make out what was being said or asked. I turned the volume up on my phone as high as it would go, but that didn't help at all. I had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said, which put me on edge an made me nervous, because I essentially had to guess what was being asked to try my best to give an appropriate answer. At the end of the call I was given a coding test to reverse the order of words in a string. However, since I couldn't understand her I wasn't sure what she was initially asking me to do, so I wrote the wrong code. Once she clarified and I understood, then it was easy. I never heard any feedback from either the hiring manager or the recruiter. I can't say I'm surprised though. The interview went horribly.

It was standard, starting with a code challenge and then a round of manager review.
Clear career path, sadly, due to the merger with Monster, not so many opportunities for growing.

Good impression, it didn't took too much time, just one interview with manager. Would recommend. Online interview. After that I got a feedback in a few days. No additional tasks.

First round was an HR-cum-technical discussion via Zoom, which lasted for about 1 hour. They got back to me after about a week. The second was a Panel discussion in their office premises, which was a purely technical round based on JS(ES5, ES6, Angular, node.js, HTML, CSS, Algos). I got the reply next week about the shortlisting. Then the next was a HR round which was more of a salary and cultural fit based discussion. It took another week before the offer letter was rolled out.
