The HR or company has contacted me multiple times through LinkedIn. The 1st interview that I did with them, I was working for another company at that time and agreed to have the interview only because they insisted. The 1st interview was with HR and lasted around 20-30 minutes. It seemed more like a formality than if they were really interested, also from their unthoughtful questions. This is strange because I know some of the management and they don't seem that unprofessional.

There were 2 stages, first one with the HR and a couple of questions from a Tech Lead. The 2nd was with the CTO, were technical questions were involved as well.
