The interviewer did not turn on their camera during the interview, and proceeded to describe the role needs which did not match what was posted in the job description. While startups have you wear many hats, there's a major difference between a Senior Software Engineer (what was advertised) and wanting a Lead Engineer/Software Architect to built applications from scratch and manage a team (major red flag). Additionally, the interviewer lacked context regarding the role they were hiring and used generic vernacular, which required clarification throughout the entire interview process in order to provide the appropriate answers (another red flag).
