I had two interviews. One was a general get-to-know-you type where I met four members of Cardinal, 30-minute segments each. The second interview was a technical interview that was with three people at once for two hours. In the second interview, I looked at the manager's code and had to describe what was happening. I also shared my current projects and was asked questions about the rationale of my coding choices.

A unpleasant interview experience. My interviewer sounded monotone and detached throughout the whole interview. He also gave off a “prove yourself to me” vibe. The detachment and condescension became so blatant and unbearable, that I bluntly told my interviewer that his behavior had made me lose interest in working for the company. Apply elsewhere.
