I had two separate Zoom call interviews- which they were hiring fast so it's usually more interviews from what I heard afterwards. It was pretty basic questions and they wanted to hear how I would contribute to the company. I recommend going into the interview with solutions on how to improve common issues as well as ideas on how to hit 100% pre-leased ASAP (they love anything involving Greek life).

The interview was very personable. I felt so comfortable and at ease with the questions. We sat in the clubhouse and I told my manager who I was and why I was wanting this job. She showed me around the property and explained the type of business they do. Culture was a big thing the emphasized and I absolutely loved it!
