The Manager was very open and enthusiastic about the role and interview process. The interview basically was a knowledge pool for me to know more about management's role and how we can better do to up the sales.

Straight forward process, nice people, got another job so ended up withdrawing my application but was impressed with them. Would re-apply in the future if I was looking again. Seemed to be a fun place to work.

First part was over the phone as an introduction/ getting to know them and then there was an instore interview/meeting and shown around the shop and gave a brief understanding of what the role involves
