What drove you to consider applying with Carbon Direct
Quick, four interviews in a few weeks, met with five people total. Everyone was very kind and seemed like they genuinely wanted me to do well. Received feedback very quickly too, maybe 1 - 2 days after interviews they would let me know what was next.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers but a little excessive either the number of people you talk to. Would interview again if a fitting opportunity came up. Some poor and slow communication from recruiter/HR letting you know when you are no longer being considered but they responded quickly when I was in the running.
