Very Disheartening and Disappointing ... begins with HR/Recruiter contacting and then black out periods(even though they make it a point to Say everything is moving well and they will call you back by a certain date)...many different questions usually seeming like they are looking for ways to Not fit you into the role. Very unpleasant and somewhat rude experience.

Many rounds beginning with HR phone/zoom call and then onto very informal manager interviews HR interviews seem more formal/structured. Managers “interviews” are mostly a chance for them to boast about themselves and trying to change the current role being discussed.
