Filled out lengthy application online. Received a call from Ryan. Got a face to face in a meeting room with considerable distance between us. He had my resume on hand and took lots of notes as he went line by line and questioned me on it. He asked what I could bring to the company and such. He also asked if Ive ever had to meet sales goal or deadlines. Then he asked if I had any questions for him. I had quite a few and he answered all of them, even the ones that pertain to company performance and marketing which surprised me.

There was a few bizarre questions to be honest. I was asked what kind of relationship I have /had with my parents and if i still talked to them.

The interview was pretty slandered. They asked basic questions. Was interviewed by six different people. They offered me a job but the base pay was lower then what they agreed to in the interview and it had no information regarding how the commission worked..

Not a difficult interview if you prepare, and the managers are all friendly. But they are looking for a specific kind of person, and you have about 3-4 interviews before a job offer.

Entretien
They made it very comfortable during the process. The staff is real friendly. They are looking for a good fit, so a few different interviews with different people is expected.
