The interview was more of a casual conversation. We both had questions about each other.
We are defiantly growing! We will soon be opening out sixth location in Glen Mills, PA and are planning on opening more shortly after. It is an exciting time at CarSense, especially to join our dynamic team. Please stop by my office and say hi if you have not already! Welcome to the team!

The interview was pretty slandered. They asked basic questions. Was interviewed by six different people. They offered me a job but the base pay was lower then what they agreed to in the interview and it had no information regarding how the commission worked..

Not a difficult interview if you prepare, and the managers are all friendly. But they are looking for a specific kind of person, and you have about 3-4 interviews before a job offer.

They made it very comfortable during the process. The staff is real friendly. They are looking for a good fit, so a few different interviews with different people is expected.
