Entretien
Phone interview. Rec'd email the next day being invited in for a in person interview. I arrived at the store only to find out the person I was to check in with was off. A different person from whom I spoke with on phone previously whom also was not there. 30 minutes later I finally get to interview with a Buyer. Lasted about 30 minutes or so. Then a 3 rd interview with a different person. Lasted about 30 minutes or so. Was told I'd hear something tomorrow with turned into 2 days later via overbite email. Didn't get the job. Maybe a good thing. Wife didn't me being around that many people with Covid so bad. Place seemed a bit disorganized to say the least.

Questions about how my previous supervisors would describe me. Lots of questions about how I did or would handle certain situations. Details about the job etc.
Quick and easy interview, relaxed and personable interview, friendly people and was overall felt good about the interview let me know about 1 hours later if I was hired or not
3 interviews over all easy. They did ask me a ton of questions rewarding my previous jobs, they were very customer oriented. I had 3 interviews and they did drill you down to make sure you the best fit.

Entretien
First was the initial phone screening where basic qualifications of the job were reviewed and if they like you then a second in-person interview with a senior manager where more in-depth questions are asked. Prior experience is not necessary for this job.
