I had a phone interview, and then scheduled a video interview with two managers. The video interview was two parts, the first was behavioral based questions, and the second was a role play.

Describe a time when you had to help a customer who wasn’t enjoying their experience.
Very smooth process. Virtual. Not a long process. Interviewer was very kind and very informative. They detail the job duties very well and thoroughly explain how compensation goes. I was also informed of other future possible job opportunities if I was offered the position. I learned about multiple aspects of the company which peaked more interest in the company.

Entretien
Due to covid, the interview was conducted over zoom. The first 30 minutes was like any other interview, the second 30 minutes was a role play exercise to see if your communication style will work for the company. Study the sheet they provide you before hand, focus on connecting with the “customer”, find out what they want the car for, & sound confident. Those are what will land you the job. If you make a mistake, don’t let it trip you up during the role play, but make sure you acknowledge it afterwards & present yourself as eager to learn.
