I applied and then two weeks later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview briefly went over my experience on my resume and she asked a couple of questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses. Once completed, I was told my information would be forwarded to the hiring manager. The next day I had a phone interview with the hiring manager which lasted approximately 15 minutes. Two days later I received another email to schedule a virtual interview. The virtual interview consisted of 3 parts. I met with a total of 6 people between 12:30-1:30PM. They ask general customer service experience using the STAR method.

long process but very interactive and engaging. very thorough and fun interview in my opinion. i don't know what the next interview will be like but hopefully it'll be similar to the other interviews i've had
