The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Entretien
Very thorough. First, they start out with a phone interview from the Business Office Manager. If you make it past the phone call, they bring you in for an in-person interview. The in-person is conducted by a sales manager as well as the business office manager at two separate times.

You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
