Panel Interview called MAP which was extremely grueling to prepare for over the course of many months. Current interview to promote from Sales Consultant to Sales Manager no longer requires this panel interview but instead consists of a series of in-store demonstrations that are created for you to prove yourself as a manager by exhibiting competencies expected of a sales manager

Tell me about a time when had to make a quick decision in a limited amount of time.
The interview is multi step that starts with direct report but have to have other meetings with high up managers. Each are looking for their own qualifications. They are looking for leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.

Quick, Fast Paced. The hiring manager was very nice and sped the process along. The interview was in phases and I think that made the process go by a little faster than in other interviews that I have sattensgjuadfgihbng
