Interview process was involved and lengthy. Consisted of a detailed application questionnaire, followed by a call to set up a phone interview with the branch manager, then being invited back to job shadow, then a final phone interview with the district manager. If that goes well another phone call inviting you back to the branch so they can officially offer you employment and get consent to run a BG check. If that goes well you start either the same or following week. Start to finish took me 4 weeks to get hired.

I did one phone interview. Lasted 20 minutes. Really had nothing to do about cars but a little of my resume and how I work. 2nd interview was with the lead manager in Auburn over my resume and what drives me. I then did my 3rd interview as a job shawdow. Just seeing how the job is done and if I like it. 4th interview was with the district manager. All about me and how I can do well.
