Had an initial interview with HR, then a plant interview. Went well but was not offered the position. HR said they were still interested in me and wanted to find another engineering position for me. After phone interviews with other managers, flew me out for an interview. I was there for about 10 hours and my interview only lasted 30 minutes. I was asked the same questions I'd already been through at least twice before. They advertised the position before even getting back to me. They just wasted my time and I don't think they really know what they're doing.
