Had a interview thanks to my recruiter, more than qualified. The person interviewing me only worked there for mere weeks, answered questions honestly and as straight forward as possible, but gotten the response that I was a "bright person who knows his craft, but answered with buzzwords and might need additional training", they stated they were completely understaffed and the environment tends to be stressful.
